The chorale that I was training sang for several occasions. It was a hectic week for me and for them as well. But it was a time of purging experience for me because I need to be there all the time and I was forced to train them before they sing or else they will be singing without any feeling at all. Somehow, all of their performances were great and they did it well. Although I find myself doing many things at the same time and going back and forth most of the time. Besides, my room is quite far and doing it makes me feel so tired after the end of the day, huh! Anyway, I might be considering to stop doing it for awhile I guess in order for me to be freed from stress.
Yesterday we went to Kabankalan City to process my sister’s annulment. We went back at 4pm and reached Bacolod at around 7pm. It was a long travel but we’re all smiling when we heard about the news that a storm is coming the next day. I was alarmed because I need to finish my lessons this week and we don’t have another class again today. Sigh!!!
I started early and had my class at 7am but it was stopped when the news reached us telling us that we need to send our students back home due to storm signal number 3 and was named as “Pablo.” Not sure if classes will resume tomorrow. Will keep you posted.
I started checking some of the research papers done by my students for final check up before book binding. I found out that there are still words and sentences that do not agree and needed to be deleted. My problem is that they don’t have the flash drive for me to change. I was trying to send messages to the leaders and hopefully they could send me the soft copy. It will be hard for me to write everything again.
We wish to buy a bed for our sons this summer since they needed to sleep together. This kind of bed is nice, isn’t it? It looks great and looks natural and cool. I had already told hubby about it but this he wasn’t able to see. I will try to convince him when he comes back soon. Will this be the rustic furniture that I saw from a friend the other day? I might ask her when we meet again or when I will come and visit her house.
Hubby went to the south of Negros just this morning. He taught some students in the Bible School about many things. He wanted to impart more of his lessons learned and the experiences he has got all throughout the years. He’s excited to share what he’s got and what he can help for the poor students every Monday. He’s now on his way home by bus (ceres liner) and praying for his safety on his way.
I was tasked to train the singers for our Foundation week in Iloilo. Last year it was held here in Bacolod City. I was then one of the judges. But now I will be training the singers. It’s another load for me however, I’m enjoying and I chose 2 solo performers and 2 groups for duet contest. I just hope and pray that the Lord will bless the singers and wisdom to choose the right songs for each singer.
