Desiring to be healthy is not that easy. You have to keep track of your food intake. You also need to choose the right kind of food daily and the desire to eat healthy food always. Many times my kiddos would cry and grumble of fish and vegetables. But I need to stand on what is good for their body. I need to be firm and tough at times.
When my 8-year old was brought to the hospital last month, his doctor told him to continue eating the right kind of food and to keep track of all his food intake. To refrain from drinking unhealthy drinks that has more sugar. I wanted to continue our daily healthy lifestyle against all odds. That’s my Desire to be Healthy.
