Maintaining Good Health

I am maintaining my body figure these days. After my flu and was sick last week I decided to maintain my weight, of course height won’t bother me anymore. It’s just the kind of food I need to take that has less cholesterol and more fibers.

It is good to maintain healthy lifestyle and hubby was so glad to see me moving forward with good health. Taking food everyday is necessary but to choose the right one is sometimes hard if you are surrounded by delicious food but not healthy. I need to force my sons to choose the best and healthy food.
