On Diet Menu

Few years ago, my desire to be healthy keeps on reminding me from time to time. It’s not so easy as what I have said last time but the desire is still there. And it keeps on ringing on my ears every time I saw diet menu or anything that tells about diet. I even bought wheat bread, Quaker oats and a lot of food with less carbohydrates and sugar contents. I always put this on my diet. It sounds sounds to my sisters but I kept on following what I’ve started and it’s worth it.

Although many times I broke my diet but when there’s an opportunity to start all over again I force myself to do it. It’s already printed in my lifestyle and I enjoy doing it.
