Trying to be Healthy

My co-teachers often times bring something to eat and drink. Many food were brought – many discoveries were unleashed and a lot of healthy foo were served. Somehow, we learned to take anything and we’re becoming heavier each day, huh! We boil moringa oleifera (Malunggay) and did it like a tea. It tastes good and a healthy food for the body. We usually drink at home and encouraged them to drink as well. It is a very good experience, many discoveries and learning experiences.
